Group Training Classes

Group training allows you to enjoy a team environment while pushing yourself to achieve your fitness goals. HIIT classes combine strength and endurance to help you burn calories without spending hours in the gym. 

Our HIIT classes allow you to move at your own pace while using the intensity level of your choice. Our hour-long classes are offered both in-person and virtually, so you’re able to keep up no matter where you are. 

We offer one-month, six-month, and twelve-month membership options. You’re able to participate in as many classes as you’d like during your membership period we can work with you to help you determine what schedule makes sense for your goals).

HIIT Membership – 6 month commitment

This recurring membership includes a $40 non-refundable deposit on initial purchase. After you have completed your 6 month commitment, the deposit will be applied to your month 7 payment. If you cancel prior to the 7th month, you forfeit the deposit.

HIIT Membership – 12 month commitment

This recurring membership includes a $75 non-refundable deposit on initial purchase. After you have completed your 12 month commitment, the deposit will be applied to your month 13 payment. If you cancel prior to the 13th month, you forfeit the deposit.

***Free Childcare – is limited to 10 am, 5:15 pm, 5:30 pm and Saturday 8 am classes.

Strength Training Sessions

Our strength training sessions are designed to help you build lean muscle, burn fat, and grow your strength. Designed for intermediate and advanced fitness levels, each strength training session is an hour long. 

For strength training, we offer one-month and three-month membership options, both of which offer eight strength training sessions per month and unlimited access to our group HIIT classes. 

Nutritional guidance is included with our strength training membership–feel free to chat with us and set up an appointment. We’re here to help you learn how to fuel your body and feel your best, one meal at a time.

Walk-In Pricing

As long as we have the space, walk-ins are welcome. You can pay as you go before deciding if a membership makes sense for you. Give us a call–we’ll talk with you about your fitness levels and goals and help you decide how to get started. 

There’s no need to commit to a monthly membership while you’re deciding if BCMF is the right fit for you. Take your time and see what we have to offer, and feel free to ask us any questions along the way.
