Private Training can be very costly, but the results are what we all want! Our Strength Training sessions are smaller group trainings, which helps to make the cost of training more affordable!

Strength Groups – $230 – $260 per month

Group Classes aren’t for everyone. If you would rather come in on your own and use the equipment on your schedule, an open gym membership is for you. Our hours are limited as we do not allow open-gym access during our small group training sessions. Call us today for more information and to stop by and tour the facility.
Open Gym Access – $25/month
If you are looking for more personal attention while you workout, our one-on-one trainings may be a better fit for you. Your trainer will push you to your own personal max and be by your side the entire time.
Single Session – $60 / hour
Monthly Package (8 sessions) – $400
With our AT-HOME program you will need at a minimum a set of resistance bands and dumbbells. Access to gym equipment is not necessary but if you have more equipment we show you how you can use it in the workouts. All workouts are an hour long with videos to follow along!

We understand that online training is HARD! That first step of getting up and turning on the phone/laptop is the hardest part. But, if you can commit to 1 hour, we can make sure we provide you with a great workout that will leave you feeling accomplished. The only workout you will regret, is the one you didn’t do!
