6 Week Fitness Challenges

At BCMF Calstrong, we offer quarterly fitness challenges to boost motivation and keep you pushing toward your next goal. When you sign up, you’ll get a written six-week program built with your unique goals in mind. You’ll have a few different options when it comes to completing your challenge goals.

Most of our fitness challenge participants choose to attend in-person classes. We understand that showing up to regular in-person workouts isn’t always possible due to travel, family obligations, etc. With that in mind, we also offer virtual classes to make it easy for you to get your workout in when you’re on the go.

A Community Focused Approach

Since our inception, BCMF Calstrong has always taken a community-focused approach to health and fitness. No matter what we do, we do it together. We keep that same spirit in our fitness challenges, allowing us to encourage and lean on one another as we work to become the healthiest versions of ourselves. 

Our community focus can give you the competitive motivation that you need to keep going on the days when you want to throw in the towel. You’ll get a sense of camaraderie not just in the gym, but also through our fitness challenge Facebook groups that can keep you connected and accountable even when you’re not physically present in the gym. 

Nutrition Guidance and Beyond

When it comes to working out and getting fit, paying attention to your nutrition is vital. While we don’t write specific nutrition plans at BCMF Calstrong, we’re here to provide you with general guidelines that can help to move eating patterns that aren’t serving your needs in the right direction. 

We’ll help you better understand how nutrition has an impact on your unique fitness journey and will give you guidance about what changes you should make to help support what you’re going for. Whether you’re interested in gaining weight, losing weight, losing fat, gaining muscle, growing strength, or maintaining where you’re currently at, our team is here to help.
